How long will it take to receive my order?
After a 4 day processing period, due to extremely high demand as we enter 'fly season', it may take between 1 and 3 weeks for your order to arrive in the USA. A lot of orders show up earlier than this time frame.
The tracking code I received doesn't work when I enter it?
We send hundreds of orders out per day and inevitably some tracking codes are mistaken during input, if there's an issue with your tracking code we sent you then please get in touch and we'll locate your order.
There has been no update or movement on my order for a long time, why is this?
Once shipped, it is up to the logistics company to update your tracking info. It is completely normal for there to be no movement on there for a few days, if you have any worries regarding your tracking updates then please shoot us an email and one of our team will assist you.
I ordered too many traps by mistake, what do I do?
If you're referring to the post-purchase upsell, where you are offered 3 more traps at an extra price of $26.97 then we can refund and cancel the 3 extra traps you ordered.
We cannot refund the original order of x amount of traps and send you the extra 3 due to it being a deal that is exclusive to original buyers.
My payment didn't go through, what do I do?
We accept all major credit cards on site, and also PayPal to users who want a faster checkout. If you're having issues with making a payment on our site then please contact us immediately and tell us which payment method you are using.
