After your order is placed, it will take us 24 hours to pack your order and ship it out. Once shipped, depending on your state it will take 3-5 days for you to receive your order. 

All orders ship from our warehouse in Indiana.

If you received a damaged product, or you are missing parts of your order, please send us an email at support@theranchflytrap.com and let us know, we'll gladly replace any damaged or missing items at our expense. 

We will require photo or video evidence of the damaged goods you received before making any replacement arrangements. 

Please check in your inbox from an email from us, we typically send an instructions email around 48 hours after you place your order.

Yes - our bait is nontoxic although we would recommend setting up traps in a place where your animals won't become interested in eating it.
